Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on uisnwdx.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to chibaopham978@gmail.com containing the following information:

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- The exact URL(s) of the infringing content on our Website
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
What Happens After Submission
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the content provider of the removal
- Provide you with confirmation of the action taken
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location on the Website
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not seek a court order within 10 business days, we will restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for users who are repeat infringers. If content submitted by a user is the subject of multiple valid DMCA notices, that user's access to the Website may be restricted or terminated.
Good Faith Belief
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. You should consider whether a fair use or other exception applies before sending a takedown notice.
